Morning or afternoon
In the morning, between 10.00 and 12.00 a full steam cooking demonstration will be held and an appointment is necessary.
The demonstration in the afternoon is continuous and takes place between 13.00 and 15.00. No appointment is necessary: just come along.

De Kookfabriek
De Kookfabriek is the biggest and one of the best equipped cooking studios in The Netherlands. As well as the branch in Den Haag a new branch has been opened in Amsterdam. The cooking area consists of 16 completely equipped cook islands split into two zones each with 8 islands. All cook islands are adjacent to each other so that everyone can follow each
other’s culinary art. There is room in De Kookfabriek for
up to 200 participants.

Seeing and tasting
The cooks from De Kookfabriek provide full information about steam cooking and the Bosch steam and steam baking ovens in the Info-Center. Naturally you are able to prove and enjoy what has been prepared during the demonstrations and you can quickly learn all that steam cooking has to offer in a practical and tasty manner.

The Bosch Steam Oven
In the Bosch steam oven different dishes can be easily prepared at the same time, and just as quickly as normal cooking. Also, the most delicious fish dishes come out of
the steam oven with professional and satisfying results.

The Bosch Steam and Baking Oven
The Bosch steam and baking oven can do everything. Besides steam cooking you can also use the oven for baking. Using a combination of hot air and steam half-baked rolls, for example, come out crisp and brown without drying out. But you can also bake your own bread. What’s more the warming through of dishes is performed evenly, just as in a microwave; without drying out or changing the structure.
